Powder Coating
Aesthetic Finishers can handle all of your powder coating requirements including high and low volume runs, very large parts, masking, and specialty powders.

- Spray Wand pre-treatment capable of powder coating product up to 6 by 7 by 22 feet
- Substrates of steel, aluminum, grey or ductile iron, or aluminum extrusions and castings are capable of passing 1,000 hours of salt spray when processed through our system
Cerakote® Finishing and Ceramic Coating
Cerakote® Finishing
AFI is a certified Cerakote® Commercial Applicator, specializing in the high-volume coating of firearms and large-scale commercial products.
AFI utilizes innovative and up-to-date processing equipment, including:
- Automatic Rotary Table-Blasting machines
- Large-room blasting cabinets with automatic media return
- 2 Robotic coating cells to apply the Cerakote to your product
- Large manual coating booths for large hand-sprayed items
- Bake ovens capable of holding set temperatures of +/- 3º F
- Decorative stenciling also available
Ceramic High-Temperature Resistant Coatings
AFI can handle all of your high temperature resistant and anti-stick coating requirements while servicing the food equipment, industrial and automotive markets.
Thermal and Blast Stripping
AFI offers several thermal and blast stripping methods that remove old coatings and contaminants in order to prep products for new coatings
- Thermal Stripping
- At AFI we feel that the best way to strip old paint, oils, and any other contaminating substances off of a part is to simply “bake” it off
- Substrates are baked at 800º F to remove old coatings

Pad Printing
When a coated product requires a logo, numbering, or action symbols, the best way to do so is with our pad printing process. Pad printing lends itself to the labeling of flat and radial surfaces ranging from simple cover plates even to baseballs
