Aesthetic Finishers can handle all of your powder coating requirements, including high and low volume runs, very large parts, masking, and specialty powders. With years of experience even the most difficult powders such as wrinkles, veins, and textures are correctly applied at AFI. With the latest in programmable automated equipment, AFI’S part to part quality can be very consistent and priced competitive.
AFI’s powder coating process consists of 800 feet of overhead conveyor, a 7-stage washer with reverse osmosis rinse, a 52-foot dry-off oven, Nordson fourteen-gun automatic quick color-change spray booth, and a 100-foot two-pass cure oven capable of processing parts 3.5′ wide by 6′ tall by 12′ long.
For the large batch oven, there is a spray wand pre-treatment capable of powder coating product up to 6 by 7 by 22 feet, and substrates of steel, aluminum, grey or ductile iron, or aluminum extrusions and castings are capable of passing 1,000 hours of salt spray when processed through our system
